This Digital Product License explains how digital products from She Designs & Thrives™ may and may not be used. By purchasing or accessing any digital product from this site, you agree to the terms below.

Who This License Applies To

This license applies to all digital products sold or provided by She Designs & Thrives™, a brand operated by SKJ Creative Studio LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• PNG design files and design bundles
• The Commercial Design Library
• Digital templates and graphics
• Worksheets, planners, and guides

What You Are Allowed To Do

When you purchase a digital product from She Designs & Thrives™, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in the following ways:

• Use PNG designs to create physical or print-on-demand products for sale
• Use designs on items such as apparel, mugs, totes, prints, and home goods
• Use digital guides and resources for your own business or personal education

You are not required to credit She Designs & Thrives™ when using designs on physical products.

What You Are Not Allowed To Do

To protect the integrity of these products, you may not:

• Resell, share, gift, or distribute digital files in any format
• Upload designs to digital marketplaces as standalone downloads
• Include designs in bundles, templates, or digital libraries for resale
• Claim the designs as your own or rebrand them as original artwork
• Modify designs for the purpose of reselling them as digital products

These restrictions apply even if the design has been altered, recolored, resized, or combined with other elements.

License Scope

• This license is granted to one individual or one business entity
• The license may not be transferred, shared, or sublicensed
• Files may not be used for mass redistribution or print-on-demand fulfillment services that resell the digital files themselves

Access may be revoked without refund if license terms are violated.

Ownership

All digital products remain the intellectual property of SKJ Creative Studio LLC. Purchasing a product grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the original files.
